Coffee Enemas Instructions

Once the enema coffee is simmering, you can start preparing your area for the enemas. Do not try to remove it from the stove while you are making the coffee enema while it is still hot. Once it has cooled down and the area has been set up, you can actually run the coffee machines.  

    

As the coffee enema slowly swells, you can make yourself comfortable by lying down on the toilet and covering yourself with your designated coffee enema towel. If you have difficulty holding your coffee enema, or if you do not have bowel movements before, you can take an enema with plain water instead. 

You can also easily replace water enemies for your first coffee pot in case you need to save money and evacuate shortly after the water has come out of your colon, but you may need to replace it for the first coffee enemas if you don't have time and need it to be saved and you haven't had any bowel movements on your own before. 

However, if you choose to have a regular coffee maker, you might want to consider buying a reusable enEMA kit and cleaning the nozzles with natural detergents before you save some money.

The first time you make a coffee enema, use about three tablespoons of coffee and a liter of water, but that much will be in the first few minutes after the enema. When you first start your coffee, the water-to-coffee ratio should shift toward water. Three tablespoons of coffee to a quart of water is enough to use most of the coffee for the enemas you use as much as you want.

If you do a coffee enema, you can reduce the time to three minutes, which is essentially three. If you describe the coffee-enema sequence, the lower colon clears up much faster than if you did it in the bathroom.

    

If you take 4 cups of coffee enemas, start the timer and keep the recommended 12 - 15 minutes, but note that you can keep half of the coffee in the enemas for only 3 - 4 minutes before it clears. If the tube or clamp is not closed, remove the tube, put the coffee machines in and if they are in your colon, go to the floor to pour them into the bucket with the enema.

    

When you make a coffee enema, it is recommended that you rinse your colon, but it is not often helpful to do it immediately after the first to eliminate any remaining toxins that might have been caused by your first enemas. 

If you have not had bowel movements, you can take a normal water enema for a few minutes and then take it for another 3-4 minutes, or if you have not had bowel movements, take another normal water enema for 2-3 more hours and so on.
